Underground Insapipe                                                             
Insapipe is a factory fabricated and insulated Underground piping system designed for direct burial into an unlined trench. The product is manufactured generally to British Standard 4508 for 'Thermally Insulated Underground Piping Systems and EN253. The system consists of any type of process pipe conveying hot or cold fluids, centralised within a high density polyethylene outer casing. Insapipe is fully dedicated to, compliant with, and has been assessed as being an AS/NZS 9001 Certified Company.

Pre-Insulated Straight Length
 		 The annular space between pipe and casing is machine filled with polyurethane foam which expands and, upon setting, forms a totally uniform insulation around the pipe. As an option, for chilled water and other non cyclic applications, kitsets for bends  and tees are available for fabrication on-site, should these prove more suitable for particular sites with unknown route parameters

Expansion Bends (90 degree)
An expansion bend is used
where the pipe direction
must change at 90° or
allowance for thermal
expansion is required.
Designed to take up to
20mm of thermal expansion.		 Straight Tees
A straight tee is used where
a branch from the mainway
pipe is required.
Branch diameter is always
smaller or equal to the mainway diameter.		 Cross Over Tee
A cross over tee is used where
a branch from the mainway is
required to clear a pipe adjacent
to the mainway pipe.
Branch diameter is always smaller
or equal to the mainway diameter.		  
 
Mini-Bends
A mini-bend is used where
the pipe direction must change
at 15°, 45° or 90° (or custom
angle to suit your requirements).
Mini-bends must not be used
to cater for thermal movement.		 Anchors
An anchor is used to prevent
any movement at a particular
 point in the pipe run, thereby
forcing thermal movement away
from the anchor which can then
be taken up by expansion bends
or offsets.		 Straight Joint kit U/G
The straight joint kit comprises of a metal sleeve, rivets, jugs, mixers & polyurethane foam A & B to insulate the joint, heat shrink sleeve & patch to completely seal the outer casing to provide an effective waterproof seal.
