Aboveground InsaClad      
InsaClad above ground systems Clad), are a range of thermally insulated piping systems, factory manufactured under stringent production and quality control conditions.
It is suitable for use at process pipe temperatures between - 50 deg C and +140 deg C in any above ground environment.
InsaClad offers a high efficiency thermal insulation coupled with the ultimate vapour barrier and weather protection.
This family of products provides an extremely robust waterproof insulation system, so robust that the insulation can safely support the weight of the pipe and its contents.
InsaClad is manufactured from three basic components: pressure tight casing, the required process pipe and rigid polyurethane foam.

The annular space between pipe and casing is machine
filled with polyurethane foam which expands and, upon

90° Bend kit
A Bend kit is used to insulate the pipe run at 90° bends after the service pipe has been installed.
Bend kit includes cladding to match pipe, rivets and foam parts A and B.		 Tee kit
A Tee kit is used to insulate the pipe run at tees after the service pipe has been installed.
Tee kit includes cladding to match pipe, rivets and foam parts A and B.		 Straight Joint Kit
A Straight Joint kit is used
to insulate the pipe run
where two straight lengths
meet. Straight Joint kit
